Many of my commercial window cleaning clients have more than just windows that need cleaning. For example signage is very common as is cladding, both of which I am happy to include in my service and have the tools and equipment to do so.
The types of commercial properties I clean are wide and varied. Schools, haridressers, shops, and petrol station all make up some of what I do.
Most commercial properties warrant a 4 week cleaning cycle because the dirt build up is generally greater than a residential property, although each site is assessed on its own merits, and I will advice accordingly.

How much does commercial window cleaning cost?
Many commercial properties are priced in a similar way to residential house because they are just that… similar. These are often premises like shops and small offices. Larger sites can be more bespoke becasue they have different requirements. For example a petrol station may have the shop windows, large fuel price signs, a few small signs and a car wash, all of which can be built into one package and priced accordingly.
